Who is behind Tabi?

Tabi Marketing is a one-person digital marketing studio built on a simple belief: the relationship between a brand and its customer does not end at the sale. It is only just beginning.

I am Aoi, originally from Japan, now based in the Netherlands. I help small businesses build digital marketing that carries their customers through the full journey, from first discovery to lasting loyalty. I work directly with the tools your business already uses, including Notion, Monday.com, ClickUp, Klaviyo, Shopify, Figma, Canva, and Affinity, so there's no learning curve, no handover friction, and no time wasted getting up to speed.

Why Tabi?

In Japanese, 旅 (tabi) means journey.

Growing up in Japan, I was surrounded by a culture that finds meaning in the full experience, the ritual, the detail, the moment after.

That philosophy shapes everything I do. Because for your customers, buying from you is not an event. It is the beginning of their journey. The brands that understand this are the ones that earn loyalty that lasts.

I have worked with brands in skincare, wellness, and the Japanese and Chinese tea industries, where the customer experience is inseparable from the product itself. What drew me to this world is the same thing that drives my approach to marketing: attention to detail, a deep respect for the customer's experience, and the belief that every touchpoint matters, not just the first one.
